What Personal Information We Collect 

We collect information such as contact details when you engage MC2 for commercial property purposes; information may be collected by correspondence via telephone, e-mail or otherwise. Personal information we collect may include name/s, address, e-mail and phone number. Specific billing addresses and/or bank details may be held on file for the purposes on billing only. Upon engaging with MC2 you consent to usage of your contact details in accordance with this privacy policy. We endeavour to maintain up-to-date details at all times. Where information is found to be incorrect / out of date, we will endeavour to update or remove as appropriate. 

How Your Information is Used 

MC2 will not forward or sell your information to any third parties. Information we hold relates wholly to our own business. Your details are held for communication and administrative purposes only. Where deemed necessary to pass your information to a supplier or other third party in relation to an ongoing process via MC2, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity. 

How Long We Hold Your Personal Information 

Personal information is held within our system as is applicable to the relevant process. Personal information used on a short-term basis, in relation to a specific process, will not be retained longer than necessary and deleted at the end of said process. Historic emails may be retained for a period of up to 5 years as is necessary for our records. 

Access To Your Details 

We are open and transparent and as such, you are at any time, entitled to request access to and correction / deletion of any personal details which we hold on file, if any.

Third Parties 

MC2 have no responsibility to third-party website links; such links and their subsequent websites are subject to their own policies and any queries should be taken up with the relevant party.
