Purchase concluded of
Hillington Office

Delighted to have concluded the purchase of The Hub on behalf of Resolve Medicolegal, a well-established Hillington business who have taken the opportunity to own rather than lease.

It’s a building I know rather well as I was involved in the development and leasing of The Hub back in 2007. Thanks to Chris McLeish of McRoberts Morton Fraser who also acted for Resolve MedicoLegal and Scott Farquharson of Ryden and Brodies Catriona Heggie (Sellers advisors) for delivering a successful deal for all.
